Recommended
Use a download manager, not the browser: big files often stall in the browser. Android: 1DM+ · Windows: IDM · Mac: JDownloader 2
Important
Video not playing or no sound? Play it with VLC / Pixio Player. HEVC files are smaller, but old phones and TVs may not play them: pick the normal 720p / 1080p then.
Video stops halfway? Check that the downloaded file is the same size as shown here. If it is smaller, the download was cut off: download it again (a download manager like 1DM is best) and play it with VLC / Pixio Player.
New uploads and notices land on our Telegram channel first: check it before asking.
A newer way of compressing video, so the file is about half the size at the same picture quality.
Why doesn't it play everywhere?
To play this compressed video, your phone's chip (processor) needs a special part built for HEVC.
Older phones and many low-budget phones don't have it.
Most of our HEVC files are 10-bit, which is even harder to play, so some mid-range phones struggle too.
What happens then?
The video won't open, or you get sound but no picture, or it stutters. The phone may also get very hot.
Tip
VLC or Pixio Player can often play it even on such phones, but not always.VLC
